Eat healty before your workout!

Before the training is recommended eating well to avoid feeling a lack of energy or fatigue during swimming. At the same time, we must choose light food easy to digest so that we don't feel heavy during the exercise.
Hydrate well before bedtime and before training helps a lot to avoid cramps. Please drink enough water!
I always prefer organic then industrialized food.
Here in the region of Guanacaste people are producing incredible organic products as in Rancho Avellanas on the way to the beach where happy goats are raised in order to produce handcrafted wonderful cheeses and yogurts.
A healthy, tasty and light option of breakfast would be:
Approximately 150g of Greek yogurt
4 tablespoons whole oats
2 tablespoons honey (optional)
Mix the ingredients in a bowl and add chunks of your favorite fruit or combine more than one fruit.
With goat yogurt I really like green apple, blueberries and strawberries.
Add toasted almonds!
